HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other credit/debit card with our trusted partner Stripe. We also accept PayPal. We do not accept checks.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Domestic orders will take about 7-14 business days. International orders will take about 14-21 business days. This is a rough estimate, it's almost always sooner.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

As of right now, we only ship to US territories, Canada, and Australia. We'll be opening our doors to worldwide shipping soon.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER/SHIPMENT?

Yes. Make sure you check your SPAM folder in case our e-mail gets stuck there. 

WILL ITEMS RE-STOCK?

Our essential and 365 items will always be in stock. Most pre-orders and ready-to-wear releases/collections will not re-stock. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

At this moment, all sales are final. In this present time we aren't accepting returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or refused packages but will do everything in our power to help you.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?

Please e-mail upperclassintl@gmail.com with questions about the garment and we'll gladly assist you.

CAN YOU FIX DEFECTED ITEMS?

Yes. We have created a new policy that we'll now do our best to fix defected garments that's realistically fixable (i.e. ripped seams, tears, holes, buttons, tags, etc). 

You will have up to one year after receiving your product(s). Just send us an email at upperclassintl@gmail.com and we'll request photos to move forward.

WHAT ABOUT PRODUCT APPEARANCE?

Products featured on the website that's viewed on your desktop or mobile device may differ slightly when received in person. This is because during production we use our own lighting, touch ups, and illustrative edits to convey the items details as much as possible. We cannot guarantee you that your device will show you the item exactly how it looks when in hand.
